Steps
1. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
2. Mash the ripe avocado and spread it evenly on the toasted bread.
3. In a non-stick pan, fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are cooked but the yolk is still runny.
4. Carefully place the fried egg on top of the avocado toast.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
