Thai Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Sauce

Steps

1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric powder, brown sugar, minced garlic, and vegetable oil. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning. 4. Thread the marinated chicken slices onto the skewers. 5. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. 6. Grill the chicken skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and chili flakes until smooth. 8. Serve the hot chicken satay skewers with the peanut dipping sauce on the side.
