Steps

1. Heat coconut oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced chili, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, and erythritol. Mix well to coat the beef. 5. Add bell peppers if using and cook for another 1-2 minutes until slightly tender. 6. Turn off heat, then fold in fresh Thai basil leaves until wilted. 7.
