Steps
1. In a bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey and red pepper flakes.
2. Place the lettuce leaves in the bowl and coat with the marinade.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
5. Grill the lettuce leaves for 2 minutes per side until lightly charred.
6. Serve the lettuce wrap right away.
