Steps
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
3. Add mussels, shrimps, bean sprouts and cabbage, stir-fry and cook until vegetables are softened.
4. Add the Thai basil and lemon juice and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
5. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce, stir-fry and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Fill a large bowl with hot water and add in the rice paper sheets one at a time until softened.
7. Place softened rice paper sheet on a plate and fill the center with the stir-fried mix vegetables and mussels.
8. Wrap the sheet and enjoy.
