Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the halloumi, pepper, onion and garlic into small cubes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet.
4. Add in the halloumi, pepper, onion and garlic and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden.
5. Once done, season with the thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
6. Transfer the ingredients onto a baking tray.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
8. While the veggie mix is baking, heat up the burger bun.
9. Assemble your burger by spreading the hummus over the bun, adding the lettuce, tomato, avocado and veggie mix.
10. Serve once everything is done.
