Steps
1. In a bowl, combine cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
2. Add the plain yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice to the spices and mix well to form the marinade.
3. Add the chicken slices to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to overnight).
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the marinated chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
7. Serve hot with flatbread, garlic sauce, and fresh salad if desired.
