
Steps
- Season the chicken breast with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Slice the banana and set aside.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice it thinly.
- To assemble the bowl, place the steamed broccoli at the bottom, add a layer of beans, sliced chicken, and top with mashed avocado and banana slices.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
