Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillet.
2. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle some olive oil on the fish fillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the salad.
4. Serve the grilled fish on a bed of the quinoa salad. Enjoy!
