Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cooked black soybeans with olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Gently fold the seasoned beans into the avocado flesh, being careful not to mash them too much.
4. Spoon the mixture back into the avocado halves.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve with a lemon wedge on the side.
