Steps
1. In a bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well until combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small oval or cylindrical kofta shapes and thread onto skewers.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the kofta skewers for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
4. For the tzatziki, mix the grated cucumber with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until well combined.
5. Serve the kofta hot with the tzatziki sauce on the side.
