
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and translucent.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
