Arab Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Steps: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add the beef slices and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the carrots and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. 5. Sprinkle the ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper over the vegetables and stir well. 6. Return the cooked beef to the pan and toss everything together for another minute. 7. In a separate pan, toast the cubed bread until crispy. 8. To serve, place the cooked cereal on a plate, top with the beef and vegetable stir-fry, and garnish with the toasted bread cubes. 9.
