Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Season the duck breast with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and sear the duck breast, skin side down, until crispy and golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for a few minutes. 3. Transfer the duck breast to a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the salad dressing by whisking together the lemon juice, orange juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 5. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, pomegranate seeds, sliced almonds, feta cheese, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and parsley leaves. 6. Thinly slice the rested duck breast and arrange it on top of the salad. 7. Drizzle the citrus dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine. 8. Serve the Arab Duck Salad immediately and enjoy!
