Steps
1. In a pan, cook the beef slices until browned. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté the grated ginger for a minute.
3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
5. Push the spinach to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs on the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
6. Combine the cooked beef, spinach, and scrambled eggs in the pan. Mix well.
7. Cut open the bread pocket and stuff it with the beef, spinach, and egg mixture.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
