Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium-sized oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
7. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
