Grilled Octopus with Lemon and Herbs

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the octopus tentacle to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the octopus from the marinade and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until it is charred and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the grilled octopus with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
