Arab Style Beef and Bean Stew

A healthy and hearty Arab-inspired stew made with tender beef, nutritious beans, and flavorful vegetables.

Steps: 1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. 2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides. 3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute. 4. Stir in the diced carrots and mushrooms, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. 5. Sprinkle the ground cumin and coriander over the ingredients, and season with salt and pepper. 6. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 30-40 minutes, or until the beef is tender. 7. Stir in the cooked beans and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes. 8. Adjust the seasoning if needed. 9. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
