Steps of Preparation: 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. 2. Add the ground beef, onion, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, and red bell pepper to the pot. Cook until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, Korean red pepper paste, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine. 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. 6. Add the green onion and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 7. Serve hot.
