Steps

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until fully combined. 2. Heat the olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Pour the eggs into the skillet, cook gently, and when edges start to set, reduce heat to low. 4. Halve, pit, and slice the avocado. 5.
