4. Halve, pit, and slice the avocado.
5. Once the omelette is nearly set but still slightly runny on top, place avocado slices evenly over one half.
6. Fold the omelette over the avocado, cook another minute, then slide onto a plate.
7. In a blender, combine oats, mixed nuts, mixed seeds, whey protein, Greek yogurt, cinnamon powder, and almond milk.
8. Blend until smooth and creamy.
9. Pour the shake into a glass and serve alongside the omelette.
