Steps
1. In a bowl, mix wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (if using), and salt.
2. Gradually add milk while stirring to form a smooth batter with no lumps.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
4. Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan, spreading slightly.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
6. Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden.
7. Repeat with remaining batter.
8. Serve warm with a spread of Nutella on top.
