Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and salt.
2. Crack the egg into the bowl and start mixing.
3. Gradually add water to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each into a round disc.
7. Fry each bread in the pan, cooking each side for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove and drain on paper towels if desired.
9. Serve warm with your favorite spread or accompaniment.
