1. Core and slice the apple into 1/2-inch thick rings. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. 3. Slowly add sparkling water to the dry mix and whisk until smooth batter forms. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). 5. Dip apple rings into the batter, then carefully place into hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels. 6. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to create the dipping sauce. 7. Break instant Indomie noodles into smaller pieces (about 1-inch). 8. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 9. Add the broken noodles and fry, stirring constantly, until crispy and golden, about 3-5 minutes. Season lightly with salt. 10.
