Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté until translucent.
2. Add sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook until mushrooms are soft and any moisture has evaporated.
3. In another pan, lightly toast the wheat bread slices with butter until golden brown.
4. Place the toasted bread on a plate, layer one slice with sautéed mushrooms, then add paneer slices on top.
5. Optionally, sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves.
6. Cover with the second slice of bread and press gently.
7. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve warm.
