Steps
1. In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, onion, tomato, green chili, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
2. Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
3. On the non-buttered side of one slice, spread coriander chutney.
4. Place the paneer mixture evenly over the chutney.
5. Cover with the other bread slice, buttered side facing out.
6. Heat a skillet over medium flame and toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
7. Remove from heat, cut diagonally, and serve hot with extra chutney or ketchup.
