
Steps
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add butter and spread it evenly over the skillet.
- Place the beef into the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Place the bread into the skillet and top with cheese and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Flip the sandwich onto the other slice of bread and push down with a spatula.
- Crack the egg into the skillet next to the sandwich and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the egg is cooked to your desired amount.
- Serve the sandwich with the egg on top.
