Steps
1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add butter and spread it evenly over the skillet.
3. Place the beef into the skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
4. Place the bread into the skillet and top with cheese and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
5. Flip the sandwich onto the other slice of bread and push down with a spatula.
6. Crack the egg into the skillet next to the sandwich and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the egg is cooked to your desired amount.
7. Serve the sandwich with the egg on top.
