Add in the tomatoes, spices and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir everything together. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through. 5. Serve hot with chapatis, roti or naan bread. Enjoy!
