Steps

1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the mustard seeds and fry them until they start to pop. 2. Add in the onion, garlic and green chilli. Fry for 2 minutes. 3. Add in the tomatoes, spices and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir everything together. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through. 5. Serve hot with chapatis, roti or naan bread. Enjoy!
