Steps
1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are fully scrambled and cooked through.
4. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
5. Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
6. Place a slice of cheese on one bread slice.
7. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto the cheese.
8. Top with the remaining slice of cheese.
9. Close the sandwich with the other bread slice, mayo side down.
10. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
