Grilled Tomato & Cheese Sandwich

This sandwich has a cheesy twist that brings together all the ingredients in the perfect blend of flavours. It is light, yet filling and delicious.

Steps

1. Spread the butter on the slices of bread. 2. On each slice of bread, layer on the sliced tomato, shredded cheese, and top it off with a teaspoon of mayonnaise. 3. Heat up a non-stick pan on medium heat. Place the sandwich in the pan and grill each side for about 2 minutes, or till cheese has melted and bread has golden-brown colour. 4. Serve and enjoy!
