Classic Ham and Cheese Club Sandwich

A delightful club sandwich featuring fresh lettuce, spinach, tomato slices, ham, and cheese, layered inside two halves of bread spread with creamy mayonnaise. Served with crispy chips and a touch of herb mayonnaise for extra flavor.

Steps

1. Slice each bread roll open like a book. 2. Spread 15 g of mayonnaise evenly on the inside of each bread slice. 3. Layer lettuce leaves, spinach, tomato slices, 40 g cheese, and 40 g ham evenly on one side of each roll. 4. Close each sandwich and cut diagonally into halves. 5. Arrange the four sandwich halves diagonally on a rectangular or bistro-style plate. 6. Place the potato chips to the left side of the plate. 7. Add a small dollop or brushstroke of herb mayonnaise to the right side of the plate. 8. Garnish the sandwich surface with finely chopped fresh parsley.
