Steps
1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
3. Lightly toast the bread slices with butter on a pan until golden brown.
4. Spread a generous layer of mint chutney on one slice of toasted bread.
5. Arrange the cooked chicken tikka pieces evenly over the chutney.
6. Top the chicken with caramelized onions.
7. Cover with the second slice of toasted bread.
8. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve warm.
