Steps
1. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and Dijon mustard on the other.
2. Layer the turkey (or chicken), cheddar cheese, and lettuce between the bread slices.
3. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangles, resulting in 4 pieces.
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and toast each sandwich triangle until golden brown on both sides.
5. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the toasted bread.
6. Arrange the 4 triangles on a rectangular plate in a fan or crossed pattern.
7. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey to create the honey mustard dip.
8. Place the dip bowl on the right side of the plate next to the sandwiches.
9. Serve immediately while warm.
