Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
3. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
4. In the last minute of cooking, drizzle honey over the chicken and add the cheese on top to let it melt.
5. Toast the bread in the same skillet until golden brown.
6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the chicken with melted cheese on one slice of bread.
7. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken and add lettuce or spinach if desired.
8. Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve warm.
