Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the chicken thigh dry and place it on a baking sheet.
4. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken thigh.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
