Steps
1. In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter.
3. Spread the paneer mixture onto one slice of bread, top with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, then cover with the other slice.
4. Grill the sandwich in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot.
