Steps
1. In a bowl, whisk the egg until smooth.
2. Add the wheat flour, salt, and optional sugar or vanilla, then gradually mix in water or milk to form a smooth batter.
3. Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil to the batter.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
5. Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on top.
6. Flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
7. Repeat with remaining batter.
8. Serve warm with your preferred toppings.
