Steps
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
2. Add the onions, tomatoes, yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
5. Cook until the bottom is set and golden brown.
6. Flip the omelette carefully and cook the other side until cooked through.
7. Serve hot with toast or roti.
