Coq au Vin

Steps

1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. 3. Sear the chicken thigh until golden brown on both sides. 4. Add garlic, pearl onions, and mushrooms to the skillet. 5. Pour in the red wine and chicken broth. 6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
