Steps:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper until combined.
2. Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add egg mixture and cook until most of omelette has solidified, about 3 minutes.
4. Add bread as topping and let it cook for an additional minute.
5. Gently fold omelette in half and cook for another minute, until golden brown.
6. Remove omelette, garnish with parsley and serve.
