
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon on a baking sheet. Rub olive oil on the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cooking oil and garlic. Cook garlic until lightly browned.
- Add asparagus and broccolini to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until lightly browned and cooked through. Add lemon juice and parsley, stirring until combined.
- Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve the salmon with the sautéed asparagus and broccolini. Enjoy!
