Steps of Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Toss potato wedges in a bowl with olive oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread potato wedges onto baking sheet and bake in oven for 25 minutes.
4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
5. Once butter is melted, add salmon fillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
6. At the same time, add spinach to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Plate salmon, potato wedges, and spinach. Serve and enjoy.
