Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sear the turkey breast on all sides until golden brown. 5. Transfer the turkey breast to a baking dish. 6. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped nuts, sliced olives, pear slices, and spinach. 7. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. 8. Spread the nut, olive, pear, and spinach mixture over the turkey breast. 9.
