Steps
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
4. Place the dipped bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. While the French toast is cooking, arrange the apple and banana slices on top of one slice of bread.
6. Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
7. Remove the French toast from the skillet and cut into halves or quarters.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
