
Steps
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Place the dipped bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- While the French toast is cooking, arrange the apple and banana slices on top of one slice of bread.
- Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Remove the French toast from the skillet and cut into halves or quarters.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
