Steps
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions for 3-5 minutes over high heat.
2. Add the beef cubes and cook until they are slightly browned.
3. Add the mango, apples, flour, white wine, and chocolate and reduce the heat to medium.
4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
5. Add the dried herbs and cook for 5 more minutes.
6. Serve the stew with roasted or mashed potatoes
