Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). 2. Place the cod fillet in a baking dish. 3. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the cod fillet and sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top. 4. Arrange the kale and tomatoes around the cod fillet. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cod flakes apart easily with a fork. 6. Serve hot with a lemon wedge!
