Veg Chow Mein

Steps

1. Heat the cooking oil in a medium pot over medium heat. 2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Add the stir fry vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the bean sprouts and vegetable broth and simmer for 2 minutes. 5. Add the chow mein noodles and simmer until noodles are cooked, about 5 minutes. 6. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir to combine. 7. Serve hot.

1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1/3 cup frozen strifry vegetables, 1/3 cup bean sprouts, 1/3 cup vegetable broth, 2 ounces dry chow mein noodles, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar
