A homemade twist on the classic Big Mac, featuring two juicy beef patties, special sauce, and fresh toppings stacked between three soft sesame seed buns. Perfect for a satisfying and nostalgic meal.

Steps

1. Form the ground beef into two thin, round patties slightly larger than the buns. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. 3. Toast the three bun pieces lightly with butter in the skillet until golden. 4. Spread a tablespoon of special sauce on the bottom bun. 5. Add shredded lettuce, one beef patty, cheese slice, and some chopped onions. 6. Place the middle bun (the extra bottom bun) on top. 7. Spread another tablespoon of special sauce on the middle bun. 8. Add the second beef patty, pickles, more lettuce, and chopped onions. 9. Top with the top bun. 10. Serve hot with fries or your favorite side.
