1. In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. 3. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture. 4. Add milk and vegetable oil, mix until smooth. 5. Pour the batter into a small greased heatproof mold. 6. Steam over boiling water for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. 7.
