Steps
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until chicken is cooked through and onions are softened, about 5-8 minutes.
3. Drain the pasta and return to the pot. Add the remaining butter, chicken and onion mixture and stir to combine.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
