Steps
1. In a bowl, mix all the marinated tofu ingredients. Marinate the tofu for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
3. Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
4. Stir in the cumin, coriander, paprika, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
5. Add the marinated tofu and coconut milk. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
